The Swim and Slam tournament is sanctioned by the Utah Outdoor Volleyball
Association (UOVA). UOVA Members and Non-UOVA members are welcome to attend.
The fee varies depending on membership.

Play begins at 9 am. Day of registration is from 8-8:45 am and will require an additional $5.00 fee. All pre-registrations must be received by 12 pm on Friday, August 28. Teams must be checked in by 8:45 am on Saturday, August 29. |

All registrations must be received with payment. For pre-registrations, entries must be received with payment no later than 12 pm on Friday, August 28. No refunds will be made on pre-registration fees. All pre-registrations must be made with payment to receive discount. The Deseret Peak Complex will accept credit card, cash, or check payment for registrations. |
| Directions: |
Take I-80 West from Salt Lake City, take exit 99 to Tooele. Continue past Lake Point. Before Stansbury Park turn right at street light SR 138. Proceed to Sheeplane and turn left. The Complex is at Sheeplane and SR 112, enter from SR 112. |
Pre-registered contestants will receive a FREE T-shirt while supplies last. FREE Swimming from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. |
