Horse Race Track:
The 3/4 mile horse race track is one of the many exceptional facilities at the Deseret Peak Complex. The attractions and accommodations of equestrian events vary widely.

Features:
Bleachers provide seating for up to 2,000 fans, with a large multi-purpose area at its center.
This venue is the ideal outdoor track for chariots, horse races, polo cross, and horse training.
The track is 3/4 mile long.
Horse stables are available for overnight stays ($12.00 per night).

Horse Stables:
Available for rent for our overnight guests.

Option #1
$1,200 per month per stall barn. Includes 20 stalls, 1 season pass for race track and Indoor/Outdoor Arena Open Riding. Applicant may not sub-lease stalls unless approved by Deseret Peak Complex Director.

Option #2
$100.00 per month per stall. Includes 1 stall rental, horse race track and Indoor/Outdoor Arena Open Riding. (Requires a signed waiver form for each rider.)

Option #3
$50 per month per stall. Includes 1 stall rental and horse race track only. (Requires a signed waiver form for each rider.)

A $150 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required. The deposit will be returned to Applicant after 14 days following the last day of stall rental if damage did not occur and if all other conditions of this agreement were and are satisfied. Damage to the stalls in use by the Applicant over the deposit amount will be billed to the Applicant. Applicant agrees to pay such amount within 15 days of billing date.

Deseret Peak Complex hours are:
Monday through Saturday - 7am - 10pm
Sundays - 7am - 6pm.
